INGR\u00c9DIENTS <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

– 125gr de flocons d’avoine mix\u00e9s ou son d’avoine\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– 1 filet mignon\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– 1 citron<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– 5 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de miel de bruy\u00e8re blanche<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d’huile d’olive<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sauce soja<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Moutarde<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– \u00c9chalotes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Sel et poivre<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PR\u00c9PARATION <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 220\u00a0degr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Badigeonnez votre filet mignon d’huile d’olive et de moutarde. Salez et\u00a0poivrez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Parall\u00e8lement, coupez vos pommes grenailles et vos \u00e9chalotes, salez, poivrez et huilez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Enfournez environ 45 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Pendant ce temps, dans un bol, m\u00e9langez la sauce soja, le citron et\u00a0le miel de bruy\u00e8re blanche. Salez et poivrez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Au bout des 45 minutes de cuisson, sortez le filet mignon du four et l’arroser de la pr\u00e9paration liquide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
