Il est sacr\u00e9 Meilleur Ouvrier de France en novembre 2018.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Utilisez-vous beaucoup de miels dans vos pr\u00e9parations et pour quels types de plats?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;utilise effectivement du miel pour diverses pr\u00e9parations. Le miel a toujours fait parti de la cuisine, au temps de la cuisine grecque et surtout de la cuisine m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne, dans des alcools et autres pr\u00e9parations.
