Le tout sur une tranche de pain Barbu du Roussillon, une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de bl\u00e9 end\u00e9mique de la r\u00e9gion du Roussillon, qui a conserv\u00e9 toutes ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s nutritionnelles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La l\u00e9g\u00e8re acidit\u00e9 du pain au levain contraste avec la puissance aromatique du miel de ch\u00e2taignier, peu sucr\u00e9.
